Strategy Vault

In development

The word vault is doing two different jobs in this industry, and only one of them is available here. Elsewhere a strategy vault is a pot you deposit into: you send assets, a manager or a contract trades them, and your claim is a share of whatever comes back. On UniAI Dex, vault already means the place your collateral sits and only you can withdraw from. A product that asked you to give that up in order to use something called a vault would be custody with a more comfortable name.

So this is the other kind: rules running against your own balance. You describe the conditions - what to do, at what level, with how much - and the strategy acts inside them without you being awake for it. The hard part is not the rule. It is the authority. Something that fires at four in the morning needs permission granted ahead of time, and permission granted ahead of time is precisely what turns into custody if it is not tightly bounded and if you cannot take it back the instant you want to.

A fixed rule is easier to bound than a person's discretion or a model's output, which is why this is the most tractable of the three automation products rather than the most ambitious. You can read a rule before you authorise it, and its worst case is knowable in advance. Working out what a rule can express, what it must never be permitted to do, and how you revoke it is the design work in front of us. The vault it would run against and the signing it would need are live now.

What is live today

Wallet-signed perpetuals on an order book, with collateral you keep. It is running now, and it is the venue everything above is being built on top of.
